We don’t pay for a traditional Brick and Mortar address. As such our Toronto Wedding Photography Packages are far below what many of our Competitors charge. As such you keep more of your money in your pocket. We consider our Wedding Photography Packages in Toronto and the GTA as a starting point for discussion. Feel free to ‘Bargin’. We’ll hammer out a deal that is both mutually benefitting and cost effective for everyone! Service Questions

How Many Images Do We Get?

This is always a quality over quantity question.

A lot of it will depend on how busy your Day is but our cameras all working constantly to capture every precious moment of your Wedding. So it’s hard to put a number to it. But you can rest assure our final Presentation via your Secure Online Gallery will be more then sufficient to fill a Wedding Album!

Disclaimer: If your intentions are to Book a Photographer who will give you the most number of photos per hour we are not the right fit for you. Again it’s quality over quantity!

Can We Get the 'Raw' Files?

This one is a hard no.

Raw files are unedited images that we take upon ourselves to finish. We ensure that every image that we present to you is properly lit, cropped and balanced. It’s our finished work and our reputation that we uphold.

How Early Do You Arrive At Our Wedding?

Too early. It’s always our goal to arrive no later then an hour before your Wedding begins. Thus ensuring that our cameras and equipment are powered up, tested and ready to go even before our Brides and Grooms are.

In our opinion there is NO excuse to ever to late on a Wedding Day!

Can We Call You Even If You Think It Might Be A 'Dumb' Question?

100% yes. There are no dumb questions. You don’t get married every other Day do you?

I personally believe in a strong measure of communication leading right up to your Wedding or Special Event. After all, if your not sure about something dollars to donuts we’ve probably run into the same problem or question before.

So yes, please call. There are no dumb questions!

What Happens If Your Sick Or Can't Provide Coverage?

It’s called the ‘Buddy System.

Having worked within the Southern Ontario Wedding Industry as long as we have you develop a number of Professional relationship(s) with other Wedding Photographers. We cover off for each other in time of need. Currently if I’m ever sick which is rare I can pick up the phone and call in a least a half a dozen other Photographers to stand in for me. As I have when my fellow co-workers in the Industry might be feeling under the weather when they have a bad day!

As such don’t worry. Your Wedding is covered from start to finish without exception!

When Does Your Wedding Day Coverage End?

Industry wise it’s usually within an hour of your DJ opening the Dance Floor for your Guests. At this point, the Wedding Ceremony is done, your Afternoon Park shoot images having been completed and you’ve enjoyed an amazing Dinner.

Now it’s your time to sit back, dance and relax. And if ever there is something last minute that comes up we’ll figure it out then and there. We are quite flexible when it comes to things like that!

Style & Approach

How Would You Describe Your Shooting Sttyle?

Our style of Wedding Photography might best be described as a ‘Documentary Style’ of Photography. Essentially we do our best to be the ‘Fly On The Wall.’ We will approach our Brides and Grooms during the Ceremony when it’s required to capture a great image but at all cost we want to avoid interrupting the Ceremony and/or interfering the Clergy or Officiant duties.

We’ve found that this way works best over the years!

How Would You Describe Your Editing Style?

We’re old School when it comes to editing your images. We predate the era of pre-conceived Presets which often fail to properly breath life into your images. There is no one size that fits all that comes with our once in a lifetime memories.

Each and every image that we choose to Professionally edit and complete is properly lit, cropped and color balanced to ensure that each and every images is just perfect.

Our one goal in our Post Production efforts is to bring a unique and fresh look to your Wedding or Special Event imagery. Not just something that’s just run through a cookie-cutter software approach that fails to significantly pay justice to the uniqueness of your Love Story!

After all when all is said and done if your bragging about your Wedding images with Family and Friends your also bragging about our work and that’s great for return Business and Referrals!

Color or Black and White Images. Can We Have Both?

Certainly. Initially we finish all of your images in color but if you wish to have a few select memories in Black and White just let us know. It’s just a click or two of a mouse button so just let us know. Where here to help. And believe it or not Black and White photography is not dead. Just not as appreciated as it was back in the Day.

Do You Outsource The Post Poduction Of Our Images?

Never ever ever. Your images will never be outsourced to a third Party editor. For two reasons really.

First and foremost is for the confidentiality for our Brides and Grooms. These are your Wedding images. Unique and special to you and I’m never of the opinion to share them to anyone else or any third party Service provider.

Secondly, you’ve hired us to complete the job and to ensure that your images are similar in quality to what your first saw on our Website. After all it was our earlier work that caught your eye when you picked up your phone and called us so one would assume that your looking for similiar results with your finished images.

Can We Request One Or Two Images To Be Re-edited?

Certainly. If your intending to blow up a given image to hung on a wall we can certainly have a second look at a given image. Just to ensure that everyone is happy with the end results. Most if not all image should be ‘Picture Perfect’ but there’s no harm in taking a quick second look at an image if we know what your hoping to accomplish in the long run. That’s what I call ‘Customer Service’!

Pricing Questions

Do Your Package Costs Include Taxes?

Yes. The cost of all Provincial Taxes have already been factored into all of our Wedding Photography Packages.

Is Your Package Costs Negotialbe? I'm On A Tight Budget.

Within reason of course.

Upon our initial Consultation there is always a little bit of wiggle room. If you don’t want the Albums or Prints we can save you some money there but on the flip side of the coin if your asking for extended hours or increased end Deliverables one would reasonably expect an increase there. But do ask and I’ll be better able to discuss what our options are in regard to what your perfect Wedding Photography Package might look like.

Do I Have To Pay For A 'Second Shooter'?

Absolutely not. If I believe that as your Primary Photographer that my Service is best served to bring along a second Photographer then I will cover that cost myself.

What your Quoted is what you pay. Regardless if I bring a second, third or even a fourth Photographer to help cover a larger Wedding or Event.

Booking Questions

How Far In Advance Do We Need To Book Our Wedding Or Event?

Roughly six to nine Months. Yet there are always last minute Weddings that we entertain so don’t be afraid to give us a call and check our availability.

How Far In Advance Do We Need To Book A 'Micro Wedding'?

If between the Months of March to October the sooner you call and enquire about our outstanding availability the better. There is NO premium charge for Booking a last minute Wedding or Event but it does come down to is if we can find an available Day in our Calendar.

Do You Charge Extra For Last Minute Wedding Or Event Requests?

Absolutely not but it does come down to first come first served. There is only so many Weekends in a year. But mind you keep in mind that Week Day service requests are becoming more popular all the time. Just call we’ll see if we can fit you in.

What Are The Next Steps To Book You?

An initial Consultation – Hello Call is scheduled so we can answer any questions you may have of our Service. And I’m sure any questions we may have of your specific service needs for your Big Day.

For those of us who are a little more tech savvy we’ve been using WhatsApp video call to schedule our virtual get-together. It’s whatever works best for you.

My Partner And I Are Shy Or Awkward In Front Of The Camera. Can You Help?

Most certainly. During the actual Ceremony between you and the Wedding Officiant we’re the virtual Fly On The Wall carefully capturing each cherished moment after the other. Yet once the Wedding Officiant has completed what they need to get done we’re there to help you along every step of the way! Rest assured we’ve helped countless nervous Brides and Grooms to realize an amazing Wedding Day shoot with a multitude of amazing poses both formal and informal!

What Happens If We Need To Cancel Or Postpone Our Wedding Or Event?

We understand that a lot has changed since 2020, when Covid shifted everything, and we’re here to help you navigate any changes that may come up. Here’s what you need to know:

If you need to change your date—whether that means canceling or rescheduling due to unforeseen reasons, the original Retainer for your original Date will remain with us, and a new Retainer will be required for the updated date. Essentially it covers a loss of income for the initial Date which is no longer moving forward.

Just a quick reminder: Retainers help us reserve your Big Day.

When you Book with us, we turn away other Brides and Grooms for that Date, and the Retainer is our mutual commitment to making sure it’s yours. If plans change, the Retainer helps us manage the opportunities we’ve turned down. Discussion is always welcomed on this point if so required.

Do You Photography Both Cultural Weddings As Well As Traditional Weddings?

Both. Toronto and the GTA are by their very nature a multicultural tapestry of color, music and social beliefs both religious and non-religious and have been so for many, many years. So yes, Bring on the traditional Canadian, European and English Weddings. But let’s not forget about the ever growing Ethnic communities in our great Province of Ontario! Love is love and will never be discouraged at Canadian Wedding Photography! We welcome all with open arms!
