Finding the right Wedding Photographer can be a difficult task.  Especially if you’re on a tight Budget. You want to make sure that you get quality work but don’t want to break the Bank at the same time.  Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to find a cheap Photographer near you. 

Ask around Get referrals from friends and Family.

If you don’t know anyone that can help you find a Photographer, then you may have to ask around.

Perhaps a friend of yours has been looking for a new Photographer and is willing to help you out. If you don’t know anyone, then perhaps you know someone that has a friend that is looking to hire a Photographer.  Someone who is great behind the lens as well as easy on your Pocketbook.

If a lot of Photographers near you have bad reviews, then that may be a sign that there are a lot of bad photographers near you.  Sad but true.

You may want to negotiate the Package costs down a few dollars or even see if the Photographer is willing to work for less than the agreed upon Package price. While most Photographers will not be willing to negotiate the price of their Services, some may be willing to work for a lower price.

There is nothing wrong with ‘reasonable’ negotiation.  A little bit of give and take never killed anyone.  It’s just those totally unreasonable people who think that a Professional in any discipline would work for next to nothing who are the problem.  After all would you work for less then 90% of your asking price?  Probably not.  Photographers have their own bills to pay as well.

Some may offer free services, such as providing you with a free Consultation.  While not all Photographers on these pages will offer discounts, it may be worth a shot to see if any of the local Photographers near you offer any discounts.
